Exchange & Return Policy

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
1. Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted, and no refund or exchange will be issued.
2. Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way, as these items cannot be resold.
3. All accessories (such as belts, hats, or other accompanying items) must be included with the return. Missing accessories may result in a partial refund or the return being rejected.
4. Customized or personalized items (e.g., items with custom prints, names, or sizes) are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
5. Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective. This will be clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Log into your account on ftwearapparel.com and navigate to the “Order History” section. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and click “Initiate Return/Exchange.”
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to select the item(s) to return, the reason for the return/exchange, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If you choose an exchange, you will be prompted to select the desired size, color, or alternative product (if available).
3. After submitting your return/exchange request, you will receive a confirmation email with a return authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to package and ship your item(s) back to us. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package; packages without an RA number will not be accepted.
4. Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) or a suitable box, ensuring they are protected from damage during shipping. Include a copy of the return authorization email or a note with your order number and RA number inside the package.
5. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend using a shipping carrier that provides tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake in your order (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, or damaged item).
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or alternative product (subject to availability), follow the return process outlined above and select “Exchange” during the request. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return eligibility criteria, we will process your exchange and ship the new item(s) to you free of charge (for U.S. customers). For international customers, exchange shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at the time of initiating the exchange.
If the desired exchange item is out of stock, we will notify you via email and offer a full refund or the option to select another alternative product.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them to confirm they meet our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor’s processing time.
Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective item or a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged item). In such cases, we will refund the full order amount, including shipping costs.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, wrong style), please contact us at commerce@ftwearapparel.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the defective/damaged item, and a detailed description of the issue. We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) at no cost to you. Once we receive and verify the issue, we will issue a full refund, send a replacement item, or offer an exchange, at your discretion.
Return Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of defect or damage:
1. Customized or personalized items.
2. Clearance or final sale items.
3. Underwear, socks, and other intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons), unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery and in their original, unopened packaging.
Changes to Exchange & Return Policy
VELOCITYVEST COMMERCE LLC reserves the right to modify this Exchange & Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website (ftwearapparel.com) and will take effect immediately upon posting. We recommend checking this page regularly for updates.
