Order Processing Time
All orders placed on ftwearapparel.com are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays such as New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). Processing time includes order verification, payment confirmation, and preparing your items for shipment. Please note that orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on a business day will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and holiday periods), processing time may be extended to 3-5 business days due to high order volume, and we will notify you via email if there are any delays.
U.S. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer three main shipping methods for U.S. customers, each with different delivery times and costs:
1. Standard Shipping: This is our most affordable shipping option, with delivery times of 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. Standard Shipping is available to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. The cost of Standard Shipping is calculated based on your order total and shipping address, and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
2. Expedited Shipping: For customers who need their orders faster, we offer Expedited Shipping with delivery times of 2-3 business days from the date of shipment. Expedited Shipping is available to most U.S. addresses, and the cost will be displayed at checkout. Please note that Expedited Shipping does not include weekend delivery (Saturday and Sunday).
3. Overnight Shipping: For urgent orders, we offer Overnight Shipping with delivery by the next business day (if ordered before 3:00 PM EST). Overnight Shipping is available to most major U.S. cities, and the cost will be displayed at checkout. Overnight Shipping does not include weekend or holiday delivery.
U.S. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for U.S. orders are determined by the shipping method selected, the total weight of your order, and your shipping address. We occasionally offer free Standard Shipping promotions for orders that meet a minimum order total (e.g., free shipping on orders over $50 USD). These promotions will be clearly displayed on our website and will be automatically applied at checkout if your order qualifies.
International Shipping
We accept orders from customers around the world, and we ship to most countries and territories. International shipping methods and delivery times vary by destination, and typically range from 7-21 business days. Please note that international delivery times may be extended due to customs processing, which is beyond our control. The cost of international shipping is calculated based on the destination country, order weight, and shipping method, and will be displayed at checkout.
All international orders are subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost or order total. We do not have control over these charges, and we cannot predict their amount. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check your delivery address, including porches, mailboxes, and nearby locations, as carriers may leave packages in a safe place. If you still cannot find your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement, at your discretion.
